Your Mission
We’re growing our European sales team and looking for a hands-on Sales Manager to help build the pipeline and fuel our expansion. You will qualify inbound leads, support outbound campaigns, and connect marketing with sales to kickstart long-term growth.The ideal candidates speak English plus at least one additional European language (Strong preference in German or French).
This isn’t a “sit back and wait” role, you will be talking to prospects, shaping strategy, and helping us win new logos. Think start-up pace, backed by global fintech firepower.
Responsibilities- Research, target, and support outbound campaigns across industries and markets
- Qualify inbound leads (SME & mid-market) via calls, emails, and LinkedIn, and book meetings for the sales team
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline in CRM (Salesforce/Pipedrive)
- Team up with Marketing, Product, and Partnerships on campaigns, events, and messaging
- Represent Nuvei for Platforms at events (online and offline)
- Help shape new sales plays, spot high-value prospects, and dive into verticals like retail, marketplaces, and regulated industries
- Learn to pitch our tech to decision-makers and support senior sales in C-level talks
- Keep pipeline and forecasts sharp so the team knows exactly where we stand
- Stay curious about market trends and regulations to spot new opportunities
- English (written and spoken) is the language used most of the time, as work colleagues, clients, and strategic suppliers are geographically dispersed.
- 2+ years in sales, business development, or customer success (strong plus if in Payments, SaaS, or Marketplace Platforms)
- Fluent in English + at least one extra European language (German or French are a big plus)
- Comfortable picking up the phone, sending outreach emails, and prospecting on LinkedIn
- Great communicator, proactive, and eager to learn
- High energy, ownership mindset, and a “let’s make it happen” attitude
- Excited about fintech, marketplaces, and digital payments
- Organized when it comes to pipeline and CRM
- Looking to grow toward handling bigger deals and complex sales cycles
- Ready to travel in Europe from time to time for meetings and events
