We are currently looking for a hands-on and well-organized HR Support Officer to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing reliable and professional HR administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, for both our Helmond office and our soon-to-be-established Aachen office.
As the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters, you will work closely with our HR Advisors and HR Business Partners to ensure smooth operations, clear communication, and accurate personnel administration.

Tasks
HR Administration- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records in the HR information system.
- Draft and manage various employment-related agreements (contracts, internship agreements, study agreements, etc.).
- Ensure all personnel changes are processed and confirmed on time.
- Coordinate and communicate with our external payroll provider to ensure a smooth and accurate payroll run.
- Support with expat administration, including visa applications and related matters.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR matters.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Escalate more complex matters to the appropriate HR Advisor or Manager when needed.
- Support HR communication through various internal channels.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding activities and internal mobility processes.
- Generate and update regular HR reports and documentation.
- Contribute to the design and improvement of HR processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act as key user of the HR information system, ensuring its optimal usage and continuous development.
Requirements
Education & Experience- MBO Level 4 or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar HR operational role.
- Previous experience working in the Netherlands in an HR function is required.
- Solid understanding of Dutch HR processes, laws, and regulations.
- Proficient with HR systems and MS Office applications.
- Fluent in Dutch and confident in English (minimum B2 level).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused and service-minded.
- Meticulous and quality-oriented.
- Able to organize and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Resilient under pressure.
