Marketing Finance Coordinator

What are you going to do?
As a Marketing Finance Coordinator, you will:
- Work closely with marketing and finance teams to track and plan budgets;
- Support financial planning processes (monthly, quarterly, annually);
- Lead the monthly accrual process to ensure accurate spend reporting;
- Provide insights and reporting to improve marketing ROI;
- Support documentation for marketing-related expenses;
- Host trainings for marketing managers on finance processes and tools;
- Help refine marketing finance systems and workflows in the EMEA region.
- A gross monthly salary between €5,400 and €6,000 based on experience and a 40-hour workweek;
- Performance bonus;

You will be working for an internationally renowned organization focused on the mobility industry. It is a globally recognized company with operations in many different countries. On one hand, they provide services for transporting people from point A to point B, and on the other hand, they transport food from restaurants to customers.
What do we ask?- 2–3 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or finance;
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar;
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and analytical skills;
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management;
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution;
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently;
- Fluency in English.
