Our client is a European provider of pre and in-employment screening solutions, helping organisations make informed hiring decisions through fast, compliant, and secure background checks. Their cloud-based platform integrates seamlessly with HR systems and supports clients across 65+ countries, with a strong focus on data privacy, candidate experience, and regulatory compliance.

Functie
  • Take full ownership of the client relationship post-sale for larger and enterprise-level accounts.
  • Lead client on boarding in coordination with technical and product teams.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, helping clients integrate screening solutions into their HR workflows and maximise platform value.
  • Monitor account health, usage, and satisfaction, proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Provide high-touch support and guidance, including product training, performance reviews, and best practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams to resolve client issues and provide feedback that drives continuous improvement.
  • Identify up sell and expansion opportunities; partner with the sales team where appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate account records and activity updates in CRM and success platforms.
Profiel
  • 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related client-facing roles.
  • Proven track record managing large and complex client accounts with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in SaaS, HR technology, or background screening services is highly preferred.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong business acumen and a consultative, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable navigating technical conversations and coordinating cross-departmental teams.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.
