Who you are
What makes you the ideal candidate for this position? Well, as a Customer Service Representative you are keen on providing the best service. Because Spanish is your mother tongue, you rapidly communicate with the stakeholders in 'your area'. Next to Spanish, you are professional in English. Because this is the main language spoken by all your colleagues. You will be part of a team full of communicative, enthusiastic and driven people. All with the same goal: a great customer journey for all of Lamb Weston's clients. In a nutshell, this is what you bring to the table:
- Relevant experience in customer service, customer care or in a logistic administrative positon
- Full time available on a short notice
- Spanish is your mother tongue, you are fluent in English. Any other language is a plus.
- You already live close to Breda so you are able to work from the office 3 days a week.
What will you do ...
Picture this: in the cold store in Dinteloord, there are loads of French fries. Waiting for transport to that hotspot restaurant in Madrid. And you are in charge to make that happen! You discuss with your Customer Experience colleague the details of the order and then you get going.Updating the order book, contacting the transport company, arranging all the necessary documents. You make phone calls, sent e-mails, a chat here and there and there they go! On their way to Madrid. Where these fries may be the solution for whining children at the restaurant table.
Or where they are the supplement for that couple of new lovebirds on their city trip. Your job is not just completing a flawless order to cash process. Your job makes people happy.
Your daily tasks:
- Process orders (SAP) plus monitoring them until delivery to the customer by check daily lists
- Deal with all types of logistic issues before the delivery. Such as: talking to the external transport companies, but also customers, our logistics partners, inventory, Sales team and CX team
- Book and manage load for container and trucks, create documentation for them on time
- Manage and be on top of OOS issues as well when needed
- Deal with logistics complaints, credit notes when needed
Where will you work
You will be working for Lamb Weston EMEA. A large, international FOOD company. They see lots of possibilities in potatoes. But also in people! They work hard, but within the teams there is also room for fun.Lamb Weston is a great mix of nationalities, which gives a nice, bubbly energy on the work floor. Hybrid working is standard. So 3 days a week you work in Breda, the other days you may work from your own kitchen table.
