What are you going to do?

This is a temporary position until the end of December. Contract duration will be discussed during the recruitment process.

As a Partner Representative, you'll be responsible for developing and driving our Nike Kids LEGO business in partnership with LEGO. You will:

• Lead the seasonal and long-term planning for the Kids Nike & LEGO partnership, creating forecasts and scenario plans using consumer, category, brand, and partner insights.
• Ensure optimal product storytelling and presentation across both digital and physical retail (brick & mortar), fully aligned with Nike’s One Marketplace strategy.
• Own or co-own the sell-in process and the end-to-end partner experience – working closely with internal teams (e.g. merchandising, office admin, marketing) to ensure a smooth and compelling partner journey.
• Maintain consistent market presence: conduct regular retail visits, provide staff training, and stay ahead of competitors – all within travel budget constraints.
• Represent Nike and strengthen the relationship with LEGO through effective communication, strategic thinking, and operational excellence.

• You are immediately available for this position
• Experience in account management, preferably in Sales, Buying, Procurement, Business Planning, or Merchandising.
• Strong partner management skills: forecasting, hindsight analysis, planning, and assortment ownership.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, especially within complex, matrixed organizations.
• A proactive mindset, with the ability to switch between operational tasks and long-term strategic planning.
• Passion for kids, product, and building meaningful retail partnerships.
