We’re looking for a Sales Representative who'll be responsible for driving Kids Nike Lego Partnership with in EMEA. You need to have high level of pro-activity, great communication skills, product passion, retail and business planning competence.

On top of that, knowing how to navigate and influence within a matrix organization!

Are you available immediately and looking for a new challenge? We are looking for you. It is a temporary role till the end of December 2025 for 40 hours a week. You will work from the European Headquarters in Hilversum.

who are you

In the role of Sales Representative you will be reporting to the Sales SR Principal Kids.

Who do we look for:

  • Strong partner management (forecasting, hind sighting, planning and assortment ownership) and influencing skills;
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills;
  • Experience in Account Management acquired Sales, Buying, Procurement, Business Planning, Merchandising or relevant fields;
  • Ability to balance day-to-day operational tasks with strategic outlook.

what will you do ...

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Planning Nike's KIDS NIKE & LEGO Partnership for & with LEGO (forecasts and scenario plans for the account using category, consumer, partner, brand and marketplace knowledge);
  • Leading the partner and the marketplace: ensuring best presentation of stories and products (digital & B&M) aligned with the One Nike Marketplace strategy;
  • Collaborating at sell-in, and (co-)own the E2E experience – work closely with Office admin and/or x-functional partners (e.g. merch) to bring excellent partner sell-in experience to life;
  • Ensuring recurring and consistent representation, presence and collaboration with partner/buyer in the market at retail (retail visit, staff training, competitor knowledge) where relevant and within T&E budget.

Nike maintains a hybrid working model, 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.
