Dutch Speaking Customer Support – Athens - On-Site
Are you fluent in Dutch and love helping customers? Join our team in Athens and provide friendly, efficient support via chat, email, and calls!
What You'll Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch
- Solve issues and provide accurate information quickly
- Collaborate with the team to improve processes and customer satisfaction
What We Offer:
- Base salary: €1,500 Gross + performance bonus
- 14 salaries: 12 monthly + 1 at Easter + 1 split between Summer & Christmas
- Private Health & Life Insurance
- 25 days annual leave
- Meal voucher: €50/month
- Permanent contract, 40h/week (8h/day, 5 days/week)
- After 90 days: possibility to work from home based on performance & metrics
- Relocation support available
