1. At least 3 years of proven experience in business analysis, data management, and complex IT or data-driven projects (e.g., system migrations, risk systems, process automation).
2. Fluent in Dutch (native or bilingual) and English—both written and spoken.
3. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively in international teams.
4. Proactive, independent, and analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
5. Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
6. Proven experience in drawing up functional specifications and performing requirements engineering.
7. Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
8. Familiarity with business process modeling techniques (e.g., BPMN, UML) is a plus.
9. CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or similar certifications are preferred.
