Business Analyst with MS stack

Hiring Type: Contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use Data factory, Databricks to combine source with customer data for Marketing department

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and

• Use Microsoft tools such as Power BI, Excel, SQL Server, and Azure to create reports,

• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational

• Work closely with technical teams to support data integration, transformation, and

• Support the implementation and ongoing enhancement of Dynamics 365 CRM/ERP

• Develop and maintain documentation, process flows, and user manuals.
• Provide training and support to end-users on analytical tools and dashboards.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to iterative solution development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with:

o Power BI

o SQL Server / T-SQL

Excel (Advanced: Power Query, Pivot Tables, VBA optional)

o Microsoft Azure (Data Factory, Synapse, etc.)

• Experience working with large datasets and relational databases.
• Solid understanding of data modelling, ETL processes, and reporting best practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
