During a Typical Day, You'll- Answer incoming communications from customers
- Conduct research to provide answers and resolve customer issues
- Be the first point of contact for world-class accommodation partners, resolving basic questions such as modifications to rooms, rates, availability, extranet tools, etc.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools, methods, and processes
- Ensure a high level of partner service and a positive partner experience
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months or more experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or F&B service
- Ability to recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge
- Computer savvy
- High-speed internet in a quiet home-working environment
- Greece resident or ability to relocate and obtain work authorization in Greece quickly
