Functie- Develop and execute direct and indirect sales strategies across Benelux and Nordic regions
- Identify new business opportunities and market growth potential
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with distributors and end users
- Present solutions and support customers with project-specific needs
- Support marketing initiatives through trade shows, conferences, and events
- Collaborate closely with regional sales colleagues
- Represent the business in industry associations and interest groups
- Prepare sales and business performance reports for management
- Minimum 3 years' experience in flow and pressure measurement instrumentation
- Established business network within the local market
- Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills
- Comfortable working in an international, multicultural environment
- Proactive, driven, and able to work independently
- Fluency in English, Dutch and/or Swedish
- Confident using Microsoft Outlook and related tools
- Willing to travel as required within the region
- Remote and flexible working arrangement
