Our clientoffers advanced solutions in energy management, aquatic solar technologies, charging stations, and hydrogen energy storage.
As part of the strategy to broaden reach across the Benelux countries, France, Germany, and Scandinavia, our client is looking for a qualified Senior Solar Operations Manager.
- Directly manage project managers, team leaders, planners, logistics, and asset management departments.
- Oversee large and complex projects.
- Enhance organizational processes and professionalism.
- Ensure revenue and profit targets are met.
About you:
- Passionate about technology with a focus on operations in a project-based technical environment.
- Minimum a Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Electrical Engineering or Physics is preferred.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience in installation projects with a strong technical aspect.
- People and process-oriented.
- Experience in solar energy, energy storage, energy management, or sustainability is a plus.
- VCA-Vol certification or willingness to obtain it.
- Possession of a category B driving license.
We offer:
- A full-time salary between EUR 6,000 and 7,000 gross per month.
- Potential annual bonus of up to 20,000 based on team revenue.
- Company bonus of up to one month's salary depending on the organization's EBITDA.
- Option for an electric/hybrid company car.
- Flexible working arrangements, with a minimum of two days per week at the Utrecht office.
- 28 days of leave per annum on a full-time basis.
- Work laptop and mobile phone provided.
