• Develop and execute a regional marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, market expansion, and revenue growth across the Benelux region.
• Lead campaigns and product launches, ensuring consistent branding and effective go-to-market execution in collaboration with sales and product teams.
• Leverage market insights and performance data to adapt strategies, forecast product demand, and identify opportunities in a dynamic healthcare landscape.
• Foster collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders, including sales, regional/global marketing, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Build and develop a high-performing marketing team, promoting innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Marketing and leadership experience in the healthcare, dental, or medical devices industry
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Expertise in marketing automation, CRM tools, and leveraging insights to inform decisions.
• Excellence in building high-performing teams and fostering cross-functional alignment.
• Comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders including sales teams, global colleagues, and industry experts.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus), with a deep understanding of the Benelux market
