Specialist Marketing - Performance Marketing

Role description: We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive the optimization of our attractions business unit marketing activities. In this role, you will ensure that our attractions campaigns are accurate, relevant, and high-performing, while also managing and optimizing the attractions marketing content feed.This includes maintaining key information such as location data, titles, descriptions, and pricing to enhance visibility and engagement across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Feed Optimization: Regularly update and optimize the attractions content feed, ensuring all key information (location, titles, descriptions, etc.) is accurate, engaging, and optimized for search and discoverability.
- Price Validation: Monitor and validate the accuracy and competitiveness of pricing information in the feed to ensure it aligns with current market rates and promotional offers.
- Troubleshooting Issues: Identify and resolve any issues with the feed, such as data mismatches, pricing errors, or missing information, while ensuring minimal disruption to the feed's performance.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Collaborate with internal teams to identify and solve potential issues in advance, ensuring seamless feed management.
- Growth Opportunities: Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, suggesting strategies to drive growth and better user engagement through feed optimization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product, content, and technical teams to ensure feed quality and accuracy while maintaining a smooth flow of information across systems.
- Reporting: Create regular performance reports on the feed & campaigns success metrics, highlighting areas of success and improvement opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree or experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in feed management, digital marketing, or content optimization. (ie. metasearch, google shopping, etc.)
- Proficiency and experience in analytics & SQL with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical or content-related issues proactively.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Merchant Center, Google Actions Center, Google Hotel Center, data feed management platforms, or related systems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the attractions, travel, hospitality.
- Knowledge of performance marketing or SEO best practices and how they apply to feed optimization.
- Familiarity with APIs, price comparison tools or systems.
