What are you going to do?
In this role as customer focus team employee, you act as the central point of contact for your customer. You handle daily communication, monitor ongoing processes, and ensure that every step — from order entry to final delivery — runs smoothly.You set clear expectations, provide timely updates, and collaborate closely with internal departments. This is a full‑time position (40 hours per week) during daytime hours from monday till friday. Flexible start times between 07.00 and 09.00 am in agreement with your team. You will start your employment through Adecco, with the intention of receiving a direct contract with the client after the assignment period.
What will you be doing?
- Serving as the primary contact for customer inquiries by phone and email
- Processing orders, returns, and complaints accurately and efficiently
- Coordinating with the warehouse to ensure timely and correct deliveries
- Monitoring shipment and order progress and handling urgent requests promptly
- Supporting internal reporting and keeping work instructions up to date
- Participating in regular progress meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Contributing to process improvements and helping enhance customer satisfaction
To be eligible for this position, you must currently have permanent residency in the Netherlands and possess the necessary documents to work in the Netherlands.

What do we ask?- You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
- Mbo+/Hbo working and thinking level
- Work experience in a dustomer service and/or international department
- You are solution-oriented and can switch quickly between different tasks
- Affinity with logistics or supply chain management
