Functie

The manager will play a key liaison role between internal teams and outsourcing partners, driving improvements, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless communication across all parties involved.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee the delivery and quality of outsourced IT services, ensuring alignment with defined SLAs and KPIs
• Manage performance reviews and foster continuous improvement in collaboration with service providers
• Act as the main point of contact for both external partners and internal stakeholders, facilitating issue resolution and change coordination
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, security protocols, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor service integration processes, identify risks, and lead efforts to enhance service efficiency and collaboration

Profiel

The ideal Service Delivery Manager a.i. will have:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role or within a service provider managing outsourced IT services
• Proven track record in stakeholder management and navigating complex service integration scenarios
• Strong process-oriented mindset with problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Clear and direct communicator with a pragmatic, hands-on, can-do mentality
• Familiarity with outsourcing frameworks, risk management, and IT compliance; English required, Dutch and German a plus
