Wat ga je doen?
In this role, you are responsible for ensuring a smooth and accurate flow of logistics processes within the warehouse. You work in a structured manner, with a strong focus on quality and teamwork, so that all orders are delivered to the customer correctly and on time.You will work in a fixed day shift, have weekends off, and be given the opportunity to further develop yourself, including through training and logistics certifications.
Your tasks:
- Collecting orders based on order lists or system-generated picking lists and carefully packing them according to guidelines
- Checking shipments for accuracy, completeness, and any damage, and preparing them for dispatch
- Ensuring that logistics processes run efficiently so that orders leave the warehouse on time
- Working together with colleagues in the warehouse team with clear communication and coordination
- Handling materials carefully and safely, and maintaining a clean and organized working environment
- A gross hourly wage of €14.71 per hour, supplemented with possible allowances depending on worked hours and applicable shift schemes
- Employment conditions including 28 vacation days per year based on full-time employment and 8% holiday allowance, in accordance with applicable guidelines and any collective labor agreements
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer for commuting, in line with agreed conditions, with a well-accessible location in Sevenum
- Access to free online training courses through the Adecco Academy, aimed at further developing your knowledge and skills within logistics roles

Wat vragen wij?- Demonstrable experience in logistics or within a warehouse environment, meaning you are familiar with order picking, goods flows, and basic procedures related to receiving and shipping
- Experience working with SAP is an advantage, enabling you to efficiently process warehouse and order data within the existing automated system
- You are able to work accurately and flexibly, handling orders, planning, and any changes in tasks during the workday with care
- Good command of the English language, allowing you to understand and apply work instructions, systems, and documentation in English in practice
- You are able to apply for a Certificate of Conduct (VOG), which is required to start working in this position in accordance with the set requirements
