Wat ga je doen?

As a Warehouse Employee, you play an important role in the logistics process of medical products. You are responsible for receiving, checking, processing, packing, and shipping orders accurately and on time. Together with your team, you ensure a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment while following all quality, safety, and hygiene procedures.

Tasks:

• Participate in daily team meetings to divide tasks, discuss work agreements, and review ongoing matters.
• Receive and visually inspect incoming goods, with quality, quantities, and packaging always being a priority.
• Process orders within the logistics system and carefully prepare them for shipment to the correct destinations.
• Pack, label, and prepare medical products for transport according to company guidelines and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, including keeping shelves and workstations tidy.
• Ensure medical products are shipped on time and to the correct locations so patients can be helped promptly.
• Follow all applicable safety, quality, and hygiene regulations within the warehouse, with special attention to medical products.

• Gross monthly salary of €2,587 based on a 40-hour workweek, excluding shift allowance for worked hours.
• Two-shift schedule with a 32% shift allowance for all hours worked between 7:00 PM and 7:00 AM, according to the applicable schedule agreements.
• Working hours from 06:00 AM to 02:30 PM for the morning shift and from 02:30 PM to 11:00 PM for the afternoon shift, offering clear structure.
• 27 vacation days per year and 8.5% holiday allowance, according to the applicable employment conditions and collective labor agreement.
• Possibility of obtaining a permanent contract based on good performance and organizational needs.
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer for commuting, according to company policies.
• Free use of the on-site fitness facility and participation in the employee wellbeing program.
