What you'll do
You will be a crucial part of the Brand & Communications Team within the Marketing Department, collaborating with other creatives, including designers, content writers, and motion designers, to craft visually compelling content across various platforms.
• Design and produce marketing materials, including social media graphics, digital ads, print collateral, presentations, and event materials.
• Collaborate with regional teams to develop creative concepts and execute designs aligning with brand guidelines and objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance design output continually.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas to enhance overall design alongside other global creatives.
Who you are
You have a deep passion for design, an impressive portfolio, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. In order to really excel in this role we believe you should have:
• 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in a marketing or agency setting
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and experience with Figma
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Are fluent in both spoken and written English
• Possess a creative mindset and enjoy thinking outside the box
• Thrive in a fast-moving environment, adept at multitasking, and effective time prioritization and organization
• Value team spirit, emphasizing transparency and frequent communication
• Are comfortable presenting your work and managing stakeholders
• Have experience with motion graphics (as a plus)
