To support our growth towards this ambition, we’re looking for a new Product Owner.
Your new role
We are looking for a Product Owner that understands the need of the customer and works together with Data Analysts, UX Designers, Product Development, Risk, Sales, and Software Engineers to design, develop and deploy new solutions. As Product Owner, collaborating with people and resources in your team, you are responsible for the successful management and delivery of our proposition on a specific domain.
As a PO you are combining all elements and wishes of stakeholders into a Domain strategy towards execution. Hereby, you maximize the team’s contribution to New10s company strategy and our Key Results. For this specific vacancy we are looking for a Product Owner within the loan-administration domain.
This domain is responsible for the lifecycle of the loan but also for implementing monitoring and other risk-related developments.
Requirements
As Product Owner you are responsible for:
• Assimilating information from the market & SME customers to break-down towards solutions, see opportunities and shape the New10 products and client journeys
• Working together with stakeholders on creating the best product proposition required for New10, and continuously improve and create new propositions if required
• Structuring and managing the different business strategies and needs into a combined roadmap for the domain. Execute the roadmap and foster continuous improvement of the domain and related client journeys.
• Tracking and translating the progression on products and features within your domain and be able to refer this to relevant stakeholders
We are looking for someone who has..
• Minimal of 2-4 years of experience with agile way of working
• Experience translating strategies & goals into domain vision and topics
• Operates business savy and client centric. You understand the market, SME customers and the lending business to make sound decisions. Take decisions and iterates on that together with data and customers
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks for the team
• Analytical mindset that doesn’t get lost in details
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with stakeholder management on different levels in the organization
• Experience within fintech scale-ups, preferably in lending, with knowledge of the market and its trends is a plus
• And we are looking for someone who is eager to work on topics that are (credit) risk-related
