Finance Manager

The client specialises in providing a complete (sustainable) supply chain solution across Europe with a focus on meat.
Functie
• Preparation of monthly and weekly management reporting packs;
• Analyses revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets;
• Leads planning and forecasting activities with business partners to achieve business and company goals;
• Ensures business processes, administration, and financial management;
• Ensure compliance with VAT regulations across Europe;
• Maintains accounting system;
• Prepares financial forecasts;
• Monitors financial details to ensure legal compliance;
• Assists management to make financial decisions;
• Liaise with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams based in Ireland;
• Investigates means to improve profitability;
• Maintains an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents;
• Participates in the execution of changes to procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate expansion, compliance, and scaling of the business.
Profiel
• Qualified Accountant;
• Min 5 Years experience in finance (pref. in a manufacturing and/or audit environment);
• Netsuite experience preferable but not essential, however a good understanding of how an ERP works is necessary;
• Strong Excel skills.
Aanbod
• Next to the annual salary, a bonus (up to 10%);
• Once you're up and running, the company offers flexibility (60% office, 40% working remotely).
