Job Description
Job title:
The E-Commerce Content Lead & Digital Shelf Specialist is to ensure excellence in our consumer experience of the Philips brand on digital touchpoints for E-Commerce platforms / customers in order to deliver upon Philips' growth and share ambitions with a specific focus on relevant and accurate content.
Your role:
• Oversees the execution of Philips Business Growth strategy in relation to content within strategic retail E-Commerce platforms / customers in partnership with Regions and Businesses, monitoring and reporting on content implementation and adherence across markets
• Establishes a community of practice for strategic E-Commerce content development, implementation and effectiveness (paid and owned)
• Establishing best practice playbooks / style guides to set guardrails and expectations for English master content creation and execution in the markets, including but not limited to Brand stores and PDPs ( inc , A+)
• Partner with SEO manager to ensure best in class SEO integration on PDPs and in SEA
• Define and own KPI framework to evaluate performance of content, enabling reporting across markets in alignment with the broader organisational KPIs (across Businesses, Regions and Marketing CoE )
• Analyse sales and data trends to increase overall sales productivity via content solutions
• Derive key strategic insights from data to ensure competitive edge for Philips and extracting learnings across markets to drive optimizations
• Develop and own content test and learn program for paid and owned content
• Closely collaborates with Marketing CoE and Businesses to ensure:
• English master content creation meets expectations and continuously improves
• End-to-end process and tooling enablement to drive operational efficiencies in content creation, localization, implementation & measurement
• Drives adoption of ways of working across Businesses and Regions
• Continuous focus on improvement activities
You're the right fit if:
University degree (Master degree or MBA) in Business, Marketing
5. 10 years of related Digital Marketing / eCommerce / consumer marketing experience
Experience in content creation and enablement
Experience in managing budgets
Excellent understanding of Paid & Owned consumer touch points is a must
A deep understanding of 360 campaign management in today's dynamic CDJ is key, as well as an inherent drive to test, learn, share and implement best practices
Understanding and experience on creating and optimising content for SEO is key
Expertise with managing commercial 3 rd party partnerships and agencies is of benefit
Enterprise mindset required to achieve consensus on decisions with various stakeholders including external Amazon and internal teams
