As a business development manager, you are skilled in developing sales strategies. You are good at identifying customer needs and focus on entering into sustainable partnerships. Because you have a technical background, you understand the challenges of our customers and you can discuss them at a high level.
Your responsibilities include:
• Expanding the customer network
• Drawing up plans to guarantee (long-term) growth within your market.
• Taking stock of the customer's needs and thinking creatively about solutions.
• Managing and supervising sales processes.
• Connecting the right internal (national & international) people to these processes.
• Follow-up and after-sales.
• Ensure clear reporting.
• Promoting the vision of Capgemini Engineering at networking events, webinars, symposia, etc.
