Commercial Inside Sales Representative (B2B) - Grou (NL)

Are you a natural salesperson with persuasive skills, and is it second nature for you to proactively approach customers? Due to the growth of our organization /department and our aim to achieve commercial objectives, we are looking for:

What will you be doing?
 •  Collaborating with colleagues to develop initiatives/ideas to achieve established commercial objectives.
 •  Proactively engaging with customers from a commercial perspective with natural conviction.
 •  Coordinating the entire customer journey; from intake to delivery.
 •  Maintaining (commercial) contact with customers, account managers, and colleagues.
 •  Administering phone calls and appointments.
 •  Providing support to account managers and scheduling customer visits.
 •  Keeping the customer database up-to-date.
 •  Following up on various marketing activities.
 •  Participating in commercial activities such as trade shows and tours.

What do we expect from you?
 •  Possessing naturally persuasive skills to effortlessly achieve commercial objectives.
 •  Proactively seeking results and initiating initiatives to improve team results.
 •  Excellent command of the English language both spoken and written.
 •  Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
 •  It is advantageous to have an affinity for the technical industry and/or electronic components.

What do we offer you?
 •  A varied job (38 hours) in a close-knit team.
 •  A competitive salary and the flexibility to schedule your working hours between 07:00 and 19:00. • 25 vacation days with a full-time contract, and any overtime hours can be taken as time off in consultation with your supervisor, for example, on a sunny day.
