Training and development opportunities
As Coordinator of QHSE and Business Operations, you are responsible for coordinating facility services and managing various aspects of business operations, such as quality assurance, occupational safety, and environmental management office management.
Additionally, you support the HR department with tasks related to recruitment & selection, onboarding, personnel administration, and personnel development.

What are you going to do?
• Compiling reports and analyses on quality and compliance performance.
• Organizing training sessions and workshops to increase awareness of quality and compliance.
• Maintaining relevant documentation related to quality and compliance.
• Developing and executing an internal audit plan and schedule. • Recording and investigating deviations and complaints (managing the P12 cycle).
• Organizing events such as receptions, company outings, staff parties, and anniversaries.
• Supporting the HR department in the areas of recruitment, internal mobility, and offboarding, including onboarding new employees.
• Organizing and recording internal training sessions (including HW academy) and external training sessions in consultation with relevant parties.
Who are you?
• Minimum possession of an MBO 4 diploma or equivalent level of education;
• Demonstrable work experience of more than 3 years in similar roles.
• You are enthusiastic and energetic;
• You are eager to learn and have integrity;
• You work accurately and in a structured manner;
• You have good communication skills and a good command of both the Dutch and English language, both written and spoken.
