Who are we looking for

As an Service Account Manager, you will be responsible for finalizing service and maintenance contracts at hospitals and private clinics for Olympus products in the Netherlands. Your role involves initiating and following up on service contracts, renewing them, and conducting progress interviews regarding the agreements.
We are looking for someone who is independent and has field - focused sales experience within the country. Meet the team

Our team consists of four members, including two Account Managers and two Uptime Support Managers. We prioritize self-responsibility and value the freedom to contribute individual ideas and suggestions in our informal atmosphere. Collaboration is key, with a supportive ethos that encourages mutual assistance and a willingness to step in when needed. We hold regular meetings and plan team activities throughout the year. Tasks
 •  Efficiently manage designated area in the Netherlands, overseeing service contracts and administrative tasks
 •  Independently and within a proactive team, boost market share for Olympus service offerings
 •  Proactively sell service products, collaborating with Account Managers from other business units
 •  Cultivate relationships with stakeholders in hospitals and institutions
 •  Vigilantly monitor and adjust service and maintenance contracts
 •  Actively participate in departmental and sales meetings
 •  Analyze data from ACE (Salesforce) and other systems, reporting daily activities
 •  Maintain communication with Account Managers, BU Managers, and the service department
 •  Attend cross-Business Unit meetings when required and actively engage in projects

Requirements
 •  A Bachelor's degree (HBO level) or its equivalent is required as the minimum educational qualification
 •  + 2 years of expertise in a field sales role
 •  Experience within the healthcare industry and/or service contracts is considered a plus
 •  Documented track record in handling technical complex sales projects
 •  Demonstrates strong negotiation skills and high energy levels to drive successful outcomes
 •  Exemplifies unwavering integrity in interactions with both external and internal stakeholders
 •  Innately self-motivated with a resolute determination to achieve success
 •  Committed to personal continuous improvement and development, maintaining a keen focus on growth and enhancement.
 •  Outstanding oral and written communication skills in both Dutch and English
 •  Willingness to engage in travel within the Netherlands and a valid drivers license within the country
