What will you be doing?

As a Project Manager Finance transformation , your key objective is to effectively manage projects for Finance initiatives which drive the Finance roadmap. In this challenging role, you will be part of the Finance Transformation Office . Within this dynamic change environment, you feel energised by connecting, motivating, and persuading people within the project team and bring forth the best in them.
Within your role you intensively cooperate within a variety of fields within Vanderlande , for instance Serv ice s , ICT (Information and Communication Technology) and Supply Chain .

Responsibilities

As Project Manager , you are a natural leader who is responsible for managing the multidisciplinary projects across the silos . Your main responsibilities lie in managing high quality projects within the budget, time and scope. Identifying and mitigating project risks and opportunities are crucial for your project and stakeholders.

Your activities will cover the entire Project Management range, from start to finish. You will cover project initiation including scope and business case definition , staffing, planning & reporting, budgeting. Translation of improvement ideas into future business design, including facilitating exploration and design workshops and working with external partners to leverage outside-in expert views.
S uccessful delivery to the satisfaction of Finance sponsors is what drives you.

What do we ask from you?

For you to be successful in this role, we ask you to bring to the table:

 •  A Bachelor / M aster's degree in F inance or a related field.
 •  Project management certification is preferred ( e.g. Prince 2, Lean, SAFe /Agile)
 •  Approximately 5-8 years of experience in managing Finance improvement projects, transformation assignments from design to execution (preferably in a top-tier Finance consulting firm).
 •  Proven track record in leading and executing multidisciplinary projects in an international environment.
 •  Proven results in ways of working, either through transformation projects or through day-to-day frontline operational experience.
 •  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and contribut ing to our high performing culture.
 •  Understand ing sponsor needs and expectations and build trust , also with the project team.
 •  Y ou can coordinate and facilitate international projects with respect for local cultures . While ensuring that each discipline leads and oversees their respective commitments within time and quality constraints .
 •  The ability to independently scope, plan, manage, execute, and control your work and report on monthly status via traffic light format.
 •  In-depth knowledge of MS Office suite and MS Projects.
 •  Excellent communication and motivational skills .
 •  Availability to travel up to approx. 10% of your time.

This position offers a competitive salary range of € 5300,- to € 6800,- gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance) . Through exceeding performance expectations, you even have the possibility to grow outside t his scale .
