We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Planner to join our growing team in the Netherlands. This will role with provide excellent opportunities for career advancement within the department working on projects within the Pharma, Life Sciences, Mission Critical and Food & Beverage sectors.

 •  Your day-to-day role would involve the following activities
 •  Work with Project lead planner/project teams - develop/support developing project plans, schedules (lvl 1/2/3/ as appropriate), aligning with project goals and objectives.
 •  Track project against the established baseline (Sch), highlighting deviations, and weak schedule links.
 •  Develop and assist the Lead Planner, Project manager with progress tools like S-Curves; support project dynamic reporting, identifying project trends
 •  Providing regular project updates to Project manager, project team members, stakeholders, ensure timely communications for quick resolution of issues.
 •  Assist in the set-up and maintenance (fortnightly/monthly) of PM Group’s Fee Management tools and reporting templates Hour's tracking, Progress measure, Change management log
 •  Set up and maintain on behalf of the Project Manager the Project’s Risk Management tools
 •  Identify key Project Controlling data trends to inform project decisions to maintain or improve on the plan/baseline for the Project.
 •  Track/ report progress an implement control.
 •  Become familiar with the importance of Work Order Structures for Projects and the Project Work Order Plan (PWP)
 •  We would like to hear from candidates who have:
 •  Bachelors’ Degree in Business administration, Project management, Engineering or relevant field, basic understanding of Project Management
 •  Experience in application & use of Planning Scheduling software - Primavera P6 (MS Projects experience will be added advantage)
 •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 •  Ability to work independently and also in a team environment; adapting to changing project requirements
 •  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
 •  Good kowledge of Dutch and English
