VANEbreathes the atmosphere of the city it's in; cosmopolitan in style and welcoming in service. Overlooking the city of Eindhoven from the top floors of the NH Collection Eindhoven Centre hotel, VANE Restaurant offers fine-dining dining. Will you become our newChef de Rang?
What will we offer you?
• Free online & offline training organized by our own University.
• End of year bonus (up to 100% of monthly gross salary) & refer-a-friend bonus (500 EUR).
• Employee rates differing from 36 euros in all our hotels worldwide, 30% discount in the F&B outlets, and Friends & Family discount up to 25%. Various discounts in (web)shops.
• Team building events, trips and holiday parties.

• Salary based on your experiences starting from Horeca CLA scale 5.
What's in it for us?
• Delivering service at a high level;
• Transferring your passion for fine dining to guests by conveying your product knowledge.
• Active input and implementation of new ideas;
• You see upselling and cross-selling as a challenge and do so in a natural way;
• You are in possession of a recognized service-oriented diploma (MBO 3);
• You have at least 1 year of experience as Chef de Rang in a comparable restaurant;
• You speak Dutch and English fluently, both verbally and in writing;
• You have a positive attitude, and you are eager to learn.
What are you going to do?
As Chef de Rang at Restaurant Vane you have a passion for fine-dining. You entertain the guests with your impeccable but subtle service. You are motivated, proactive, and you know how to offer guests an unique experience with your guest-centric approach.
In this position you will be responsible for exceeding guest expectations through your extensive knowledge of food and wines and your exceptional eye for detail.
