Function
As a Global Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality remote and onsite training to our customers, partners, and employees worldwide. You will assess training needs, design tailored learning solutions, and guide participants through their learning journey.
Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of Global Learning at Planon.
Key Responsibilities:
• Training Development: Design and develop innovative learning solutions, including functional software onboarding programs, certification programs, and (customized) e-learning tracks.
• Training Delivery: Conduct high-quality training sessions globally, utilizing various teaching methods to ensure maximum impact.
• Needs Analysis: Identify training requirements and provide advice on appropriate learning solutions based on individual and organizational needs.

Our ideal candidate possesses the following qualities:
• Coaching: Derive energy from elevating others and bringing them to a higher level. Possess strong didactical skills to effectively demonstrate and explain concepts in various ways.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch. Proficiency in a third language is an advantage.
• Software Knowledge: You demonstrate experience in functional implementations and a willingness to develop a broad range of expertise. Proficiency in Planon software and experience in Planon implementation are highly desirable.
• Innovative Thinking: Showcase the ability to conceive and apply creative and innovative learning solutions typically associated with higher professional education.
• Collaboration Skills: Possess strong collaboration skills and the capability to work effectively with diverse teams, cultures and stakeholders.
• Availability: Minimum of 32 hours/week, Full-time commitment (40 hours/week) is a plus, willingness to work outside regular office hours when necessary (considering time zones), and preparedness to travel both domestically and internationally.
