We are looking for a Financial Administrative Assistant.
As a Financial Administrative Employee you play an essential role in the management and registration of our finances. As a professional, you are responsible for processing incoming and outgoing invoices, keeping track of cash flows, managing bank accounts, preparing financial reports and our personnel administration.
In addition, you carry out the necessary checks to ensure that all transactions are carried out accurately and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. By combining accuracy, attention to detail and knowledge of accounting principles, you contribute to efficient administration, allowing management to make informed decisions and ensure the financial health of Verstappen.com.
We work with a team of 20 colleagues from our office in Den Bosch. We are looking for a proactive, pleasant person with a lot of humor who can hold his own in a hectic environment and can structure the work himself. You have a positive attitude, someone who always sees possibilities and likes to take on a challenge.
You are very accurate and honest and you can work independently.
What you are going to do
• providing insight into finances through reports
• accounting of Verstappen.com, including (international) VAT processing
• maintaining the accounts receivable and accounts payable administration checking invoices and debits
• keeping in touch with customers and suppliers (in the broadest sense)
• contract management and administration
• processing declarations, payments, invoices and orders
What we expect from you
• You are accurate and have an eye for detail
• You have the ability to analyze (financial) data, identify trends and identify deviations
• You can communicate effectively with colleagues, suppliers and customers
• Managing and maintaining our administration requires strong organizational skills
• You demonstrate your integrity and guarantee confidentiality
• You have an interest in and passion for the world of motorsport
What you bring
• You have completed training in a relevant (financial) field (minimum MBO level 4 accounting/administrator)
• Experience with ERP / accounting systems (we work with Exact)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, where good knowledge of Excel is a must
• You are an administrative talent and ready for a 2nd or 3rd step in your career (2 to 5 years of experience)
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with a stress-resistant attitude
• Able and willing to work daily in an office environment in Den Bosch
