Working as a cleaner

How much does a cleaner earn?
Also important: what exactly is the salary of a cleaner? As an employee at a cleaning company, your salary is described in the Cleaning and Window Cleaning Company Collective Labor Agreement. Are you 21 years or older? Then from April 1, 2023 you will earn a gross salary of at least 12.15 euros per hour. For a full-time job, this equates to a minimum gross monthly salary of approximately 2,114 euros
Your salary continues to grow
If you work for the same cleaning company for longer, the salary you are entitled to as a cleaner will also be higher. This depends on the number of years you have been employed by the cleaning company. After four years of service, the gross basic hourly wage is 13.87 euros. You will also receive a holiday allowance and an end-of-year bonus.
