We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to lead our Kidswear collection for our Scotch & Soda brand in the Netherlands. You'll be at the forefront of our mission to delight customers with our high-quality and stylish children's clothing.
Working closely with our passionate sales team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our brand in the Dutch market.

Role Overview: As the Sales Manager for Kidswear, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration for our Scotch & Soda kids' collection in the Netherlands. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing key accounts, developing strategic plans, and setting ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

 •  Account Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Kids accounts in the Netherlands, ensuring their needs are met and driving sales results to achieve targets.
 •  Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive account plans to guide sales activities and maximize revenue potential for the kids' collection within the Dutch market.
 •  Target Setting: Utilize insights from previous sales reports to set ambitious targets and track progress towards achieving sales goals. Collaborate closely with the Sales Director to forecast sales targets and budget allocation for the Kidswear segment.
 •  Channel Expansion: Identify and explore new distribution channels within the Dutch market to expand the reach of the kids' collection, leveraging market research and industry insights.
 •  Performance Analysis : Analyze sales reports to evaluate performance against targets, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Future Role Evolution: As our United Legwear platform continues to grow and evolve in Europe, the role of Sales Manager may expand to support other segments beyond Kidswear, including men's or women's fashion, or additional brands within our portfolio.
The successful candidate should be adaptable and open to taking on new responsibilities as our business needs evolve, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications:

 •  2-5 years of experience in sales (wholesale/ Retail), with a proven track record of driving sales results and achieving targets.
 •  Strong understanding of the kids' fashion market in the Netherlands, including key players, trends, and consumer preferences.
 •  Results-driven mindset, with a passion for exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
 •  Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
 •  Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
 •  Demonstrated ability to thrive in an environment of consistent change and transformation. Proactively embracing change and contributing to driving organizational transformation.
