Responsibilities:

Join us as a Digital Media & Analytics Manager and merge your analytical skills with our dynamic digital campaigns. In this role, you'll transform insights into strategies that propel our brand forward. Your mission: to execute and optimize brand & communications campaigns that captivate and engage, all while aligning with our global and regional ambitions.

The Digital Media Analytics Manager will be instrumental in driving forward proactive and reactive digital-first, omnichannel brand and communications strategy toward key external audiences. This role is crucial in supporting the Brand and Communications team in the Benelux, ensuring seamless digital campaign strategy setting and overseeing the execution aligned with global and Benelux plans and objectives.

 •  Campaign Management: Oversee the setup, digital paid media strategy setting, including SEA/SEO, Social Media, Programmatic Media, Owned Platforms, digital ecosystem planning, management, and analysis of digital and social media campaigns.
 •  Data Analytics and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report performance data for multiple campaigns and clients. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that offer automated and accessible insights.
 •  Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns to business results, leveraging extensive marketing data. Proactively identify improvement opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
 •  Team Collaboration: Work closely with digital planning and buying teams to set KPIs and project campaign delivery results. Maintain timelines and manage internal and external follow-ups for on-time delivery.
 •  Market Analysis: Stay abreast of the latest technologies, trends, and platforms in the digital marketing landscape. Propose and implement process optimizations for streamlined analyses.
 •  Communications: Effectively communicate complex data insights and recommendations to a diverse range of audiences.
 •  Research and Insights: Produce research, insights, and reporting to quantify and optimize messaging, audience, and strategies.

Qualifications:

 •  Experience: a minimum of 5 years in digital marketing Experience in analytics will be a plus.
 •  Skills: Exceptional skills in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and advanced capabilities. Proficiency in analytics reporting tools and data visualization.
 •  Knowledge: Deep understanding of marketing plans, targeting tactics, audience buying strategies, and ad operations.
 •  Attributes: Strong organizational skills, analytical thinker, quick learner, collaborative, customer-service oriented.
 •  Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Dutch
 •  Education: Relevant degree in business administration, communications, journalism or similar.

Additional Requirements:

 •  Paid Social Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of paid social media strategies and platforms, with the ability to develop and implement campaigns that engage and expand audiences effectively
 •  Campaign Management Tools: Proficient with a range of campaign management tools, demonstrating a strong capacity to leverage these technologies for successful campaign execution and analysis.
 •  Multitasking Ability: Capable of juggling multiple projects, and consistently meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
 •  Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the media and advertising industry, with insights into current trends, best practices, and emerging technologies that could impact campaign strategies.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
 •  A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, communications, journalism or similar.

Since Philips Benelux organization is in Eindhoven you are required to be in Eindhoven twice per week.
