As a Marketing Trainee at Bierens, you will embark on a comprehensive learning jney designed to provide you with hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of marketing. This program is crafted to accelerate y professional development and equip you with the skills needed to excel in a fast-paced marketing environment.
• Develop engaging and creative content for various marketing channels, including social media, blogs, and email campaigns;
• Assist in the execution of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and SEA and analyze performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement;
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities;
• Collaborate with the team to gather insights that inform strategic decision-making;
• Utilize analytics tools to track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives.
What does y week look like at Bierens?
Monday : Start the day with a coffee meeting with colleagues. At 10 AM, attend a kick-off meeting to discuss everyone's focus for the week.
Wednesday : Once you know where opportunities lie, it's time to transform that knowledge into great content. Y content reflects the keyword research, competitive analyses, and other preparations you've conducted for y goal: conquering the number 1 spot in Google.
Thursday : Work on various projects today. Spend the morning working on the latest concept for eBook. After lunch, oversee a webinar hosted by two of in own Bierens Studio.
Friday : Friday is perfect for brainstorming sessions on emerging marketing channels, participating in a certificate ceremony with developers, or completing other tasks that need attention. The team meets at 4 PM to wrap up the week.
Who are you?
We expect you to bring the following qualities:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field;
• Strong passion for marketing and eagerness to learn and grow in the field;
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles;
• Results-oriented and customer-centric approach;
• Creativity in applying new media forms and insights;
• Excellent English proficiency in written and verbal communication. In addition, any other language such as German, French, Spanish, or Italian is a plus.
