Each Location has a Coach who, together with the location manager, is responsible for the pedagogy of the location. You are therefore the face of pedagogy at your location and act as a point of contact for your colleagues and the parents of Location.

work
In the position of on-site Coach, you will be responsible for the daily implementation of our pedagogical policy in a collaborative role. You will be guided in this by the Pedagogical Department.
It is a fun, challenging and varied position in which you intallly coach on the job. In addition, you organize, for example, substantive team evenings or train the team through the train the trainer concept. Other task areas are:
• Ensuring pedagogical quality at your Location.
• Coaching, mentoring and advising pedagogical staff at your Location.
• Supervising BBL students at your Location.
• Promote pedagogical expertise of your colleagues and/or the parents of your Location.
• Organizing activities aimed at the development of children of different ages.
• Together with your colleagues, responsible for the daily care, development and nurturing of a vertical group of children ages 0 to 4 and/or 4 to 12.
• In collaboration with the pedagogy department, consider how to communicate the pedagogical vision, pedagogical policy and pedagogical work plan of De Kleine Wereld.

qualities
Are you that experienced rock in the profession, are you the enthusiastic (almost) college graduate or would you like to make the transition to childcare, then this is your job.
• Pedagogically strong and committed to the children, your team and parents.
• Knowledge of children's developmental stages.
• Social skills for transferring knowledge and information.
• Good expression skills to communicate at all levels.
• Proactive and enthusiastic.
• Good command of the Dutch language both verbally and in writing.
We
offer you
Salary: a good salary between €2.874,- - €3.837,- gross per month, in accordance with CAO Childcare (scale 7), depending on your education and experience.
In addition, you will receive 8% vacation allowance (paid in May) and 3% end of year allowance (paid in December).
Contract: a contract for 12 months, after that we will offer you a contract for an indefinite period if you function well.
Vacation days: you have 26 vacation days per year (based on 36 hours).
Benefits: we have good benefits, such as a travel allowance, collective health insurance, pension accrual with pension fund Zorg & Welzijn, a bicycle plan and a vitality program.
Vitality program: at De Kleine Wereld we think vitality is important. The content of this program is up to you. There is a wide choice of webinars, online programs and online coaching. We also collaborate with Fit for Free and Sportcity.
Academy days & team outings: every spring and fall an academy day is organized for all of DKW. Instructive and fun! We end the day with a drink. In addition, each Location organizes a team outing every year, the content of which you determine yourself with your colleagues at Location.
Childcare Academy: there are extensive opportunities to develop yourself through our DKW Academy in the directions you find interesting.
Priority: you have priority access to one of the branches at De Kleine Wereld for your own child. You will also receive a 5% discount on child placement.
