Source Intelligence, a leading SaaS software company at the forefront of revolutionizing supply chain transparency, is seeking a results-oriented product manager with a proven record of success in the software development market to join the Dutch managementteam.
This unique opportunity is based in the Netherlands out of the office of a recently acquired company, ChainPoint. The right candidate will work with the Technology, Product and Salesteam to push for quality software, quickly. You will be able to work on our flagship product as we combine data sources and integrate existing platforms through acquisitions.
You will work under the direction of the CPO who is stated in the US.

What you'll do
• Be responsible for the commercial success of our products, including market research, product strategy and pricing/financial strategy.
• Build a product road map, product vision and strategy, and work with cross-functional teams to execute it.
• Manage and coach Product Owners to ensure that they are delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with customers to identify market trends, understand their sustainability ambitions, and translate them into actionable insights.
• Monitor upcoming legislation to identify opportunities and impacts.
• Work closely with the Technology and Sales departments to drive innovation and growth.
What we are looking for :
• Has 2+ years of experience as a product manager or 5+ years as a product owner, experience in a SaaS company is preferred.
• Has a strong understanding of the software development market (tech), UX, and business. Experience with Jira, Azure, DevOps and Agile technologies.
• Is a creative and strategic thinker with a proven ability to translate ideas into successful products.
• Has excellent communication and collaboration skills. You are driven to solve problems, demonstrate a bias for action, and are passionate about what you do.
• Is fluent in English, with a second European language as a plus.
• Is based in the Netherlands and has a valid work visa.
