Are you passionate about storytelling and have a knack for crafting different types of content, both in words and imagery to engage audiences? Are you excited about the promise of Europe's transition from fossil fuels to zero carbon to limit climate change?
What will you be doing?
We're looking for a talented Communications Specialist to join our team to help us drive impactful communications initiatives that elevate our brand and engage our internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is curious and adaptable. He or she has started to build their writing and design skills but now wants to expand his/her communications capabilities further.
A glimpse of your esponsibilities:
• Create engaging content (both written and visual) for a variety of communications channels such as intranet posts, employee profiles, infographics, social media posts, blogs, customer stories, website copy and press releases.
• Support 's social media presence by creating posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments or messages.
• Help coordinate events, including photo and video shoots, as well as tradeshows and speaking engagements.
• Track and analyse communications content for impact such as website traffic, social media engagement, and email open rates.
• Monitor media outlets, social media platforms, and online forums to track mentions of the company, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Provide administrative support, including organising files, photos and documents on our Teams channel, as well as translating, distributing and/or posting content.
What are we looking for?
• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a communications role, preferably in a B2B environment
• Strong writing, editing and graphic design skills, with the ability to adapt content for different audiences and channels.
• Proficient managing social media platforms and using analytics tools to measure performance.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, engage with a variety of stakeholders and demonstrate initiative to learn
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Adaptable, curious and willing to take on new tasks and responsibilities.
• Creative mindset; Skilled in MS Power Point and familiar with design and customer programs such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator, as well as Mailchimp and HubSpot)
• An interest in Europe's transition from fossil fuels to zero carbon a plus .
• You are fluent in Dutch and English in both word and writing.
