AS A CRM MARKETER AT LINEHUB..
You will play a crucial role in optimizing our marketing processes. In doing so, you will use the HubSpot platform to drive efficiency and ensure the seamless execution of our marketing campaigns. Your knowledge of CRM, strong communication skills and data-driven attitude will make you a recognizable representative within the organization.
The marketing team is the heart of Linehub, providing support, optimization and insights for our labels and shared departments. Working with sales and account management, you'll ensure alignment of HubSpot usage within our organizational goals.
You will set up automated workflows, maintain our leads, support our email campaigns and improve our customer engagement.
As the technological foundation of our organization, HubSpot provides a huge amount of data about all of our labels, customers, marketing and partners. All key metrics and data are then turned into actionable insights so we can improve campaign performance and optimize our sales process.
In this role, you will be the internal point of contact for HubSpot and provide training and support to our team members on all HubSpot features and functionalities. You will keep up to date with the latest developments at HubSpot, make recommendations and continuously improve our marketing activities.
We will provide you with the necessary resources to facilitate change and innovation. In this role, you will report to the Head of Marketing Operations based in Almere, The Netherlands.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
• Provide support to team members who have questions about functionalities within HubSpot.
• Promote accuracy and quality of data within HubSpot.
• Sharing your insights and findings to optimize performance and/or processes.
• Staying up to date of the latest developments at HubSpot and acting as an ambassador for it.
