Your tasks within this position:
As a real estate account manager for our Amsterdam branch, you are responsible for maintaining contacts with our relations in the real estate sector. Your main task is to identify commercial opportunities for Alvast by addressing potential and current clients.
You advise them in the field of vacancy management and help you think about the best approach. To achieve these goals, you work closely with the regional manager.
As a real estate account manager you will mainly contact real estate owners regarding the vacancy of real estate. You plan introductory meetings for yourself and/or the regional manager. You will also develop new living concepts.
To be considered for this position there are some requirements you must meet, including:
• The ability to recognize and seize commercial opportunities;
• Living in or in the immediate vicinity of Amsterdam;
• Have good team player skills;
• Have strong communication skills;
• Be able to function well in a dynamic environment;
• Be in possession of a driver's license.
