Employee Relations Specialist
Within HR we have an enthusiastic combined team of HR Business Partners and Employee Relations Specialists. Together we do whatever it takes to create a great place to work for our employees.
The Employee Relations Specialist (ER) is specialized and focused on the execution and delivery of HR Policies and Internal Controls Compliance services, assess risk, ensuring awareness and enforce compliance to policy requirements, core values and code of business ethics.
The Employee Relations person builds knowledge and expertise on HR policy and Employee Relations matters, manage execution and operational direction of HR Internal Controls, and drive management of people matters including investigations, managed departures, disciplinary process.
ER Main tasks and support.
• Support HR Partners, offering knowledge as subject matter expert for HR policies.
• Support HR Partners teams managing sensitive employee situations.
• Manages the end-to-end program management, change management, stakeholder management as well as related internal and external communication with regards to HR policies.
• Assess policy issues regarding legal risk; work with legal advisors to ensure compliance to and understanding legislation. Ensure continuous improvement by actively identifying gaps, proposing, and implementing changes and innovative solutions.
• Develop metrics and leverage on analytics to track progress of ER programs and create comprehensive review decks for Leadership team.
