Janssen Biologics is implementing new and innovative production technologies into its commercial manufacturing to be able to supply more patients with innovative medicines at lower costs. We are looking for a motivated Manufacturing Performance Analyst in the Operations Bioprocessing Technology department to manage the Digital Performance Management (KPI dashboards for Operations).
Department:
Within Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine there is a plethora of departments and functions. Together these are responsible for the production of biotherapeutics and the execution of improvement projects in the areas of safety, cGMP and (cost) efficiency.
Operations Bioprocessing Technology has a key role in the implementation of new products, new production equipment, new technologies and business intelligence solutions.
General responsibilities:
The DPM (Digital Performance Management) owner is responsible of the business and technical ownership of several KPI (Key Performance Indicators) dashboards. These dashboards vary in proximity to the shopfloor and detail level, from daily shift handovers on the shopfloor to weekly meetings on a management level.
As back-up for the business owner, during absence, you are responsible for ensuring that the dashboards add business value. You will need to communicate effectively with varied stakeholders to identify new KPIs, lead Dashboard review meetings and manage KPI owners.
As technical owner, you are responsible for the technical back-end of the DPM. This includes the maintenance and improvement of Tableau and Excel based dashboards, automate existing KPIs and translating stakeholder requirements for Data Engineers to obtain the correct technical solutions.
Johnson & Johnson is a large matrix organization with many different communication channels and therefore excellent communication and influencing skills are needed for this function. It is important to identify business needs, create a suitable technology plan and get buy-in from the business to execute this.
Kwalificaties
• Affinity to (bioprocess)engineering, manufacturing and data analytics is essentional
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
• Experience in Dashboard Development is considered a plus
• Relevant working experience is considered a plus
• Experience in Tableau, Power Automate and Databricks is considered a plus.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience is considered a plus.
• Awareness or experience with EHSS and GMP norms.
• Innovative: suggests system and organization improvements and offers alternative solutions to the different problems that may appear
• Able to take directions and assess business requirements, while proposing and implementing solutions in a skilled, autonomous manner.
• Influencing skills, excellent stakeholder management within a high complex matrix organization and leadership skills.
