IMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIOR
As the Plant Controller, you will have a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of our plant, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. You will work closely with plant management to enhance operational efficiencies and drive cost control initiatives that support our business objectives.
You will make key contributions to Envalior:
- Provide financial leadership and insights to the plant management team, ensuring alignment between financial objectives and operational performance.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, monitoring performance against targets and investigating variances to drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing actionable recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
- Support capital expenditure (CAPEX) planning and analysis, ensuring robust financial justifications for all investments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize working capital and enhance profitability.
- Maintain compliance with financial regulations and internal controls, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting.
- Act as a key partner in operational projects and initiatives that enhance quality and efficiency.
Requirements
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional qualification (e.g., CMA, CPA) is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a finance/controller role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management principles.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate financial information effectively with non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
