who are you
As an Operator, you will work in a three-shift system with working hours between Monday 06:00 AM and Saturday 12:00 PM. You have relevant work experience in the food sector. You work accurately and result-oriented, have a proactive attitude, and function well in a team.Flexibility is not an issue for you, and you are willing to work in shifts. Additionally, you have sufficient knowledge of the English language to understand instructions and documentation properly.
- You have your own transportation (bike, car, or scooter);
- You speak English;
- You are available for three shifts (06:00
- 14:00, 14:00
- 22:00 & 22:00
- 06:00 and on saturdays from 06:00 till 12:00) .
what will you do ...
In this role as an Operator, you are responsible for monitoring the quality and progress of our delicious soups, sauces, and dishes. You ensure that the production lines run according to schedule, check settings, and intervene when necessary.Additionally, you provide instructions to your team and contribute to a safe and clean working environment.
- Ensuring quality;
- Adjusting the production line, ensuring necessary materials, and (having) machines cleaned;
- Resolving daily issues or escalating them to your supervisor;
- Instructing and guiding team members in your shift;
- Maintaining a clean and safe workplace.
