Inventory & Returns Specialist

What are you going to do?
In this role, you will focus on improving inventory efficiency and driving operational excellence through data, insights, and cross-functional collaboration.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Managing product integrity issues by coordinating cross-functional actions and ensuring timely resolution
- Executing and optimizing orderbook health activities, including cancellations and clean-up processes
- Developing dashboards and performing data analyses to generate actionable insights
- Translating complex data into clear recommendations to support business decision-making
- Supporting day-to-day operations while driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Partnering with stakeholders to enhance returns and reverse logistics processes
- Contributing to ad-hoc projects and key supply chain priorities

What do we ask?- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or a related analytical role
- Proven track record in project management and process improvement
- Strong understanding of inventory management and operational processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience with data analysis, dashboarding, and advanced Excel
- Ability to identify risks and opportunities and support data-driven decision-making
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, hands-on mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
