What will you be doing?As a Function Design Engineer - Aftertreatment OBD, your day-to-day will be filled with exciting challenges and opportunities to showcase your expertise. You will be a key player in defining new engines and aftertreatment systems.
- Lead development of OBD/OBM control concepts.
- Collaborate with internal teams on control updates related to OBD regulations.
- Create controller concepts for new OBD requirements and verify concepts.
- Evaluate supplier capability demonstrations and provide feedback.
- Support calibration engineers with pre-calibration of new controller concepts.

- MSc in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering
- Knowledge of EU and NA emission and OBD regulations
- Experience in exhaust emission or OBD development
- Able to lead a technical team and cope with suppliers for OBD matter
- Experience on Six Sigma related processes (i.e. DMAIC, Design For Six Sigma, FMEA, Monte Carlo)
- Good knowledge of requirement engineering process
- Good English skills are mandatory and Dutch skills are a pre
