Functie
The primary goal of this role is to establish and grow a strong client base in the Dutch market, driving revenue and supporting the company's European expansion strategy.

Market Research & Strategy
Analyse Dutch market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and optimise the company's business model for local success.- Marketing & Product Promotion

- Client Relationship Management
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure all activities adhere to Dutch regulatory requirements and internal company policies to mitigate compliance and operational risks.
Profiel
Education & Experience- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business, Finance, or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience in the insurance industry
- Minimum 5 years of proven success in sales and marketing within the Dutch Commercial Property/Casualty insurance market
- Fluent in both Dutch and English (written and spoken); proficiency in French, German, or Chinese is an advantage
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage internal teams and external stakeholders
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset and a high level of professionalism
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing tasks independently while meeting tight deadlines
- Client-focused with a strong understanding of customer and intermediary needs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access)
- Solid understanding of Dutch insurance laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Candidates with an existing client base and strong industry network will be given preference
- Attractive salary package with a basic salary between 80,000-120,000 euros a year plus OTC
