The Team
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Industry X group in the Netherlands whereas a Junior Consultant in Industry X you will become part of a diverse and dynamic team of innovators, visionaries and problem solvers in the field of Engineering and Manufacturing.
Our Product Engineering and Servicing group partners with clients to imagine and invent their future of their end-to-end Product journey and to design their next-generation R&D.Our Manufacturing and Operations group focuses on where clients can digitize, optimize and bring digital transformation to the core of their manufacturing processes.
Daily tasks
As a Junior Consultant in Industry X you will support digital transformation projects with clients in the domains of engineering and manufacturing. From ideation of new products to industrialization.
You advise the client on the end-state of their Smart Factory or R&D processes. You support the delivery and implementation of different technologies at the client which will assist their data governance or support the client in optimizing their asset management.
You will develop a vision for value which starts with the customer journey, extends across the enterprise, and then back again, leading to greater productivity, growth and sustainability. You touch the product lifecycle every step of the way:
- How products are designed and engineered
- How products are sourced and supplied
- How products are manufactured
- How products are serviced, returned and renewed
Technology
Industry X is all about fusing new digital technologies such as Robotics, Digital Twin, IoT, Cloud, AI and Analytics and AR/VR/MR with Industry 4.0 and beyond.
