Learning & Development Advisor (Freelance / Interim)

Full-time | Hybrid (min. 3 days onsite)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Advisor to support the continuous growth and professionalization of learning programs within a global, project-driven environment.

In this role, you will contribute to the development of high-impact learning solutions that support employees working on complex offshore and dredging projects. You will play a key role in aligning learning strategies with business needs, ensuring that employees have the right skills to perform at the highest level.

Your Responsibilities
  • Analyze learning needs and translate them into effective learning solutions
  • Design and implement learning programs, assessments, and training materials
  • Develop and maintain a structured learning process and framework
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, trainers, and subject matter experts
  • Contribute to learning strategy and policy, including digital learning tools
  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
  • Ensure continuous improvement and evaluation of learning programs
  • Integrate key themes such as safety, quality, and craftsmanship into training
  • Support and coach trainers and specialists in their development
  • Promote blended learning approaches (e-learning, on-the-job learning, simulations)

Your Profile

Must-Have
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Educational Sciences, Pedagogy, or similar
  • 3–5 years' experience in Learning & Development or educational consulting
  • Proven experience with blended learning solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
